Ron OJ is coming off the highly acclaimed production of "A Raisin In The Sun" at Milwaukee Rep. What a blast! Great cast! Great theatre!
2013 is a busy year for Ron. Currently, Ron is working with Court Theatre and Artistic Director Charlie Newell on a new and exciting interpretation of Moliere’s "Tartuffe and the Misanthrope". Should be exciting.
Ron will also be directing another production of "A Raisin In The Sun" at Timeline theatre, the first Chicago production in quite a while.
At Court, Ron will be directing Katori Hall's critically acclaimed play, "The Mountaintop". Then it’s up to Northlight Theatre and back to Court for "Seven Guitars". And then up to Northwestern University to direct a production of David Mamet’s "Race".
Also in the Spring, look for another production co-produced by Ron. More about that later.
Here is to another great season in the best theatre town in the world.
In the meantime, Ron will be developing some new projects for Court Theatre. Stay tuned for more details.
